Investment Strategy

We pursue majority and minority investments typically in the range of €50 – 250 million per company with enterprise values in between €100 –500 million.

Smaller initial equity investments are possible if there are executable add-on acquisitions identified on day 1 of the investment or a company is seeking growth equity with follow-on financing expected. 

We deploy this capital across Europe and selectively in other regions and territories across the globe with the aim of finding the most attractive and appropriate opportunities for our strategy.
